Waiting for the Mail-Hudson Valley Child Photographer

Oh, if you are 2, mail is a glorious occasion. Every day my son runs out to get the mail. That is if the other kids don’t beat him to it. And a package. Wow that beats all. This one is from one of my favorite online stores Mini Boden. This place has great stuff for portraits. Stay tuned for some suggestions from some of my favorite stores.
Notice the bandaid that Emmett is wearing on his hand. Everyday he runs to the laundry room (that’s where we keep our bandaids-on a spuer high shelf) and says “ban-yaid.” And it’s true, he needs a bandaid. If you look closely, no closer, you can see a tiny scatch that was most likely made by tormenting the cat.

Spring is here. Well that is the official word, but it seems really cold to me. Nevertheless, I started some seeds. This batch is just tomatos, but i plan to add cucumbers, spinich, squash and bean. If you are planning on doing a any planting this year, let me give you a little word of advice. Keep the 2 year old far far away from the bucket of dirt. Did you know that one bucket of dirt can cover an entire kitchen floor. Yup. Fun, but messy.
